Although most of Summer 2005 in San Francisco was overcast with a lot of fog, exploring the City and observing how City Birds, both human and avian, were dealing with the dank weather proved edifying.  In addition to the wild flowers thriving, both people and birds seemed to be of good spirit and coping well.  We visited the Presidio Forest, Ocean Beach and other beautiful locations.  A one day break in the weather occurred Independence Day, July 4th, finding us out with the tourists savoring the beauty of City Birds Country, the Heart of San Francisco.  We hope you enjoy this virtual tour of Summer in San Francisco first published August  30, 2005 by City Birds.
