Winter is a great time for San Franciscans to enjoy their city.  There are usually many good weather days and the summer tourist crowds are absent.  Most pictures in this gallery were taken during a fine February 2006 morning at Pier 39, Fishermen's Wharf.  It features the Spring flowers which brighten up the Wharf.  Also featured are the Sea Lions of Pier 39.  Enjoy the companion movie of the Sea Lions pictured here in our Video.  (See more pictures of the Sea Lions in Gallery Eleven.)  The gallery concludes with some beautiful Winter clouds at sunset and twilight.  Gallery Thirty-one was first published March 19, 2006 by City Birds.
