Gallery Eighteen |
Gallery Eighteen features a variety of photos taken winter 2004. The weather that winter was cold. The U.S. Navy Blue Angels didn't perform during our annual Fleet Week 2004 celebration so we include two photos from the 2003 Fleet Week celebration. A forest fire which flooded the city with smoke made things a bit interesting.

Gallery Nineteen |
Gallery Nineteen features photos during spring 2005 which saw much rain. The weather cleared, finding us at the Presidio, taking more photos prior to the Army post being turn over to civilian use. We ended our Presidio exploration with a visit to San Francisco National Cemetery which is rich in beautiful vistas and American history.

Gallery Twenty |
Gallery Twenty features a rather unique display at the San Francisco Civic Center during Easter Week 2005. The Empty Boots Memorial was actually a visual protest against the Iraq War the United States was involved with at the time. Each pair of boots (and memorabilia) represented a soldier killed to date.
