By the time you see this picture, this Northwest view of City Birds Country, the Heart of San Francisco, may have changed.  The combination of world over-population, and what has been our Nation's policy of "open immigration," necessitates the creation of more housing.  Due to physical constraints, the City has only one direction in which to grow -- up.  Take a look at this view taken on October 9, 2008 as well as this view taken October 16th -- a week later.  A City Birds digital photo.
