With the exception of a handful of warm, sunny days; during Summer 2004, San Francisco experienced many days of clouds, fog, and wind.  Lots of people are keen for this type of weather.  The average price of a modest home in the City by the Bay during 2004 was over $680,000.  (NOTE:  The average home price inflated to $780,000 as of October 2005.  As of August 2009 the average price is back down to $680,000.)  Digital photo by City Birds.
